Submission Guidelines
The IJLRR Journal invites original, unpublished manuscripts from all academicians, authors, legal professionals and Law students in the following categories:
I. Long Articles (3000-6000 words, Excluding footnotes)
This category requires submissions to thoroughly explore a specific topic and its associated literature. The article should provide an overview of current practices within the field, identify any gaps or limitations in current knowledge or practice, and offer innovative and constructive recommendations for improvement. Theoretical pieces are also welcome in this category. In essence, the aim is to provide a comprehensive and insightful analysis of the chosen topic.
II. Essays/Short Articles (1500-3000 words, Excluding footnotes)
Essays or short articles are typically narrower in scope and concentrate on a specific issue, offering fresh perspectives and critical insights on the chosen topic. They present distinct arguments that can be easily identified and may offer alternative ways of understanding the issue at hand.
III. Case Notes and Legislative Comments (1200-2500 words)
This classification is intended for the examination of recent judicial rulings, legislative actions, or policy proposals. Notes and Comments should follow the course of cases in which the decision is mentioned and assess its implications for the development of that area of law. Likewise, a legislative comment or policy proposal must describe the intention and anticipated impact of the legislative action or policy proposal under consideration.
