Ethic Statement
Agreeing on ethical expectations is crucial for all authors involved in a research publication. The Indian Journal of Legal Research and Review has set global standards for ethical practices that all parties involved must adhere to in order to maintain high ethical standards. It is expected that all authors comply with these standards.
All authors submitting to IJLRR are expected to voluntarily follow the below-mentioned international standards for authors:
-
Authors must attest to the fact that their manuscripts are their own work.
-
Plagiarism, duplicate publications, data fabrication and falsification, and redundant publication are all prohibited.
-
The authors must certify that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere (unpublished) and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
-
If the authors have used the work and/or words of others, they must properly cite or quote those works and/or words, as well as identify all sources used in the preparation of their manuscripts.
-
When an author discovers a serious error or inaccuracy in his or her own published work, it is the author's responsibility to contact the Journal editor or publisher as soon as possible and to collaborate with the editor in retracting or correcting the paper.
-
If the author(s) wish to republish their article, the credit of its initial publication to IJLRR must be mentioned.
